Do we know how it really works... I already applied with Ishukone... I dont have any standings with them... HOWEVER I do have a Caldari State standing of like 6.0... do i need a high Ishukone stganding or does my Caldari State standing matter m...

woulkdnt be too hard he is always in a lower cruiser... i once accidently shot him with my Inty. REALLY im serious an accident... and it hurt him bad, on another note he also ordered my death but i got away.
